  • At this time, Strengths Summit Resources ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Strengths Summit Resources ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Strengths Summit Resources reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
    Our Return Policy: We will accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order. There are no returns on books with CSF Codes involved. We will refund your money in the same way the customer originally paid. We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return. We will charge no more than 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) as a restocking and merchant processing fee on all eligible items (including Gallup University sponsored events, EQUIP Coach Training and all other training events) when the transaction is initiated by the customer or registrant.

    We will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the retailer error.

    There will be a charge of 60% of the total registration cost (discounts not included) for all registrations canceled within three weeks of a SPC Level I, II or III, EQUIP Level I, II or III and other training associated with either Gallup University or Engaged Churches . Registrants are responsible for attending the training that they have purchased. There are no refunds for 'no shows' at any training or event.
